Supported Plattforms

Supported architectures:
The driver supports all architectures where linux has been ported. For example:
- Full x86 architecture support;
- Full ARM architecture support;
- Full MIPS architecture support;
- Full SuperH architecture support (SH4).
Supported Linux kernel:
We strongly recommend using one of the most recent 2.6 or 2.4 kernels for your hardware platform and distribution or any stable Linux kernel from the www.kernel.org site. Using newer Linux kernels, based on Linux kernel versions from the www.kernel.org site, is not strictly prohibited. In case of problems with the operating system, please try to reproduce it on a stable Linux kernel and contact the support organization of your Linux distributor if the problem persists.
