1.1 Is there a discount available for purchasing multiple licenses?
Yes, Paragon volume discounted prices for it's software solutions if you like for example purchase six license of Partition Manager. Check Paragon's online shop for Volume Licenses, and enter the quantity you need, and click 'update' to display the discounted price.
2.1 How can I use a coupon?
When placing an order online, please enter your coupon code in the 'Your coupon code' field after selecting a payment option. If you place your order through our Sales Department, please mention your coupon code as soon as possible so that the coupon amount can be deducted from your order.
Please note, that we cannot credit you for the amount of the coupon after your order has been processed.
2.2 How do I get special terms or discounts?
Generally, Paragon Software offers special terms and discounts to non-commercial and educational organisations, students, teachers or staff members of such organisations.
There are also special discounts and promotions published in major PC magazines worldwide normally accompanied with reviews of our software solutions or enclosed in our newsletters.
2.3 I'm a teacher/student. Am I qualified for an educational discount?
Yes. To prove your status, please e-mail us a copy of your current school ID and the product you want to purchase at sales@paragon-software.com. After approval you get a coupon code or a special link to order with discount in Paragon's online shop.
2.4 Do you allow upgrades from competitor products on special terms?
Yes, if you currently own a competing product, this is your chance to upgrade to an equivalent Paragon product with a special discount. Email us a (sales@paragon-software.com) proof of your purchase for the product you are upgrading from. Examples of an acceptable proof of your purchase include: a sales receipt or a screen capture showing your registration status etc.

3.1 I cannot find my registration data or serial number.
If you are not registered within Paragon's Electronic Service System (ESS), and you don't have any registration card or data, you should send us (registration@paragon-software.com) a proof of purchase (purchase confirmation, sales slip), so that we can register you or email a purchase link.

3.3 How can I place a purchase order?
Business customers can generally place a purchase order (PO) through our customer service, whereas private customers are not eligible for type of order.
POs should be printed directly from your accounting system on company letterhead. All POs must include the following information so that we can process your order immediately:

- the number of units you wish to order
- the price as shown in our online shop
- the name to which the product should be licensed
- your billing address, and, if applicable, delivery address
- contact name, phone/fax number, and, if applicable, your VAT-ID

3.4 Can I use my freemail address to order?
A freemail address is an e-mail address that is free of charge and anonymous. Generally, you may choose to use your freemail address, but we reserve the right not to accept orders placed online with credit or debit cards in some cases. If you should have any problems, don't hesitate to contact our Sales Team at sales@paragon-software.com.
3.5 How do I order online as a returning customer?
If you have ordered from us in the past, you can place a new order without having to re-enter you personal data. For that, you are able to enter your login information (user name and password) at the beginning of the order process. Once logged in, you can verify or, if necessary, edit you personal information before submitting your new order.

3.9 I interrupted my online order. Has my data been saved?
No. Data that you are enter during the order process will not be saved until you have clicked "Order".

4.1 How can I cancel my order or get a refund?
To insure that you are never charged for a software that does not meet your requirements Paragon Software Group offers a 30 day money-back guarantee on all software applications. Guarantee period starts from the day you receive the software, not when we dispatch it. Similary, you can cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, free of charge by contacting us at sales@paragon-software.com quoting the order number.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase and wish to refund it, please contact us at sales@paragon-software.com and we will immediately suspend the transaction and confirm the refund. All we ask you to do is to return the boxes in the original condition back to us and/or to remove the Paragon software from your system.

Typically, you will receive download links, registration data to your account within Paragon's Electronic Service System, and license confirmation.
5.2 When will I receive my products to be delivered by postal mail or parcel service?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours every business day. German Post Standart, Express; FEDEX; DHL Worldwide Express or UPS Ground, 2nd Day, 3th Day (only within US, Alaska and Hawaii) are offered. We will always quote the shipping cost and approximate arrival date for your package. Shipments over 400 Euro are free of charge. If you requested shipment by FEDEX, DHL or UPS, then we can provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of the shipment through their website.
