Channel Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Channel Territory Sales Manager whose main focus will be to build demand for our products, continuously growing the sales pipeline and driving identified deals through a network of Value Added Resellers and channel partners.  This position will work collaboratively with the marketing and executive team to refine and execute on the company’s channel sales strategy.

   

1. Have 3-5 years of successful channel sales experience with Server and / or PC software products
2. Have access to an existing VAR and channel partner customer base
3. Can show an excellent track record in meeting channel sales objectives
4. Possess the ability to “manage through” the VARs to ensure adequate end customer support and satisfaction
5. Demonstrate strong PC skills
6. Have acquired a bachelor’s or technical degree

Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer for our System Utilities Division. Based in our Irvine offices, the individual will work with customers and prospects supporting our software products via phone and email. Paragon delivers multiple categories of solutions to the market including: system backup and recovery, hard disk partitioning, personal productivity tools and a portfolio of system utilities for PCs and servers.   

 

The successful candidate should possess:

 

• 3-5 years of successful customer support experience in a field related to our software products
• Solid understanding of system backup utilities, hard drive partitioning and RAID - hands on experience preferred
• Experience with desktop and server operating systems - Linux and Mac experience a plus
• Ability to quickly understand new concepts and technical requirements of customers
• Strong PC skills
• Excellent technical and phone support skills

• Work well under pressure and quick learner;
• Experienced with C or Phython programming language is preferred.
