Paragon knows that your customers might have choices when they make their purchases and many times will comparison shop to find the best pricing available. However, selling multi-license solutions for our software can be more of a consultative sale. We know that many of your customers look to you as their trusted advisor and we want to reward you for this as you help recommend the best Paragon solutions for their needs.

To help minimize channel conflicts and ensure you get the benefit of bringing us the customer’s business, especially when you’ve put in your time and hard work to make it happen, Paragon will protect your deals through our Deal Registration Program.

Deal Registration Incentives:

• Standard commission PLUS an extra upfront discount of 10%

• No limit to the number of registered deals a VAR can get approved

Deal Registration Requirements:

• Deal must be in the Volume Level Pricing (VLP) program

• Deals must be over $2,500 SRP (Gross Value before partner discount)

• Deal must be “found” by you

• Deal must be registered and approved by Paragon’s Channel Manager

Deal Registration Discount Processing:

• Loaded at Distribution

• Passed on directly to the appropriate VAR/end-user
