The scheme of work looks as follows: Your request enters our Support Request System, then it is assigned to responsible person, and then that person contacts you. All communications are made within Support Request System, and each time request changes its state (e.g. it enters our system, your e-mail is registered, support engineers leaves a comment) automatic notification is sent to your e-mail. It is just notification, containing link to your request. To view it, read the answer, post further comments you can use two ways: 1) click on the link we sent you with notification, and log into the system. You'll see your request(s) 2) log into your account, and use "View support requests" option (Sign into My Account) Please bear in mind, that login and password were sent to you right when you purchased our product or submitted a request for the first time. |
