All affiliates who sign up through Paragon’s new Affiliate Program, start to sell Hard Disk Manager 12 Suite and generate at least one sale prior to May 31st, 2012, will be awarded a bonus 5% commission rate on sales throughout the three-month period in addition to the usual 25% rate**.

**Provide us with a proof of Hard Disk Manager 12 Suite advertising or high product rating on your website (in the form a screenshot or link) and you will receive an additional 5% commission rate.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION:

Register at Avangate or Cleverbridge	After filling the form you will receive a confirmation email that you have been admitted into the program.	Log on, find Paragon Software from the list of vendors and apply to the program.
Choose your products and get needed promo materials from the webpage.	Start earning money!

Terms and conditions:

1. The minimum commission rate is 25% for each affiliate.

2. You must earn a minimum of 100 EUR/USD in commission before payment.

3. If the minimum amount is not reached, the total amount is moved to the next month.

4. Monthly payments to affiliates:

• Paragon's Online Distribution Partner, Avangate, sends out the payments to affiliates on the 20th of each month for the previous month's sales.
• Paragon's Online Distribution Partner, Cleverbridge, sends out Payment Reports to affiliates on the 8th of each month of the previous month's sales.

    Your basic compensation for this month will depend on the revenue for the previous month.  

5. Our fixed discount rate on products is 20%. Affiliates shall not offer more than 20% discounts on Paragon home products.
