Update & Upgrade

We provide software releases to fix problems uncovered in our current products. We provide bug fixes in two ways: product update and product upgrade.

Product Update

Update is a program release featuring minor software improvements. Updates for the current software version are provided for any registered customers free of charge

There are two ways to get product update:
  1. Log into My account service, find there Update/Upgrade section, and download components of the product
  2. Contact our Sales Team through request form using request kind "Delivery/Download" or "Update/Upgrade", depending on your question.

Product Upgrade

Upgrade is a major program release (new version) featuring principal software improvements and new functionality. Upgrades are provided for any registered customers free of charge within one month after product purchase (except Special Promotions).

Cross Upgrade

Cross upgrade is the ideal way for any user currently owing one of Paragon’s products, to jump to another product.
